MedMerity
A web portal for healthcare hiring: job seekers can stay anonymous while defining their career terms, and verified employers can search for candidates who already fit the role, salary, and lifestyle expectations.

The problem
Healthcare job boards usually start with postings and personal exposure. For candidates, that means sharing identity before knowing whether compensation, schedule, location, and employer quality are aligned.
The solution
We designed a web portal where the match starts with terms. Candidates stay private while employers search meaningful fit signals, then both sides can move forward with clearer expectations.
Portal Architecture
The web experience is organized around two roles that share one marketplace: healthcare professionals define terms privately, while employers and recruiters search, review, and request interest through a controlled dashboard.
